This license is in compliance with the South Brunswick Township Code ARTICLE III. – CLOTHING DONATION BINS. 

1. Attach a Site Plan or Drawing of each Clothing Bin placement at the location. (required for 1st time and renewals).
2. Must attach a letter of permission from the property owner, giving permission to place bin on their property (required for 1st time and renewals). 
3. Must attach an annual report of tonnage recycled (required for renewals only)
4. Submit the application fee of $25.00 per Clothing Bin. You can now pay by credit card or e-check.  For credit cards a fee of 2.65% of the total amount due with a minimum fee of $1.50 will be assessed and paid directly to the credit card processor (this is not refundable).  To pay by eCheck there is a flat fee of $1.50 paid directly to the check processor (this is not refundable). If you prefer to send a check for the fee, it can be made payable to South Brunswick Township and mailed to South Brunswick Township, Clerk’s Department - Licensing, PO Box 190, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Please note your application will NOT be processed until we receive the check or payment in the mail or at the counter in the Clerk’s Office. ALL LICENSES EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 OF THE LICENSE YEAR. RENEWAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRATION OF THE LICENSE.

THE APPLICATION TAKES APPROXIMATELY 2-4 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING.
