Complete and Submit Your South Brunswick Township Manicure Facility License Application Online

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING

FOR A MANICURE FACILITY LICENSE

Have the following items ready before starting

This license is in compliance with the South Brunswick Township Code ARTICLE VI. – MANICURE FACILITIES. 

1. First time applicant must submit a Tenancy Review application to the Planning Department.  
2. Must attach copies of current manicurist license for all manicurists.
3. Must attach a copy of Certificate of Liability of Insurance.
4. Fingerprinting is required every 2 years in South Brunswick Township. Instructions can be found in the fingerprint form. Make your appointment prior to completing this application, the fingerprint schedule date is required.
5. Submit the application fee of $100.00 for a new or renewal license. You can now pay by credit card or e-check.  For credit cards a fee of 2.65% of the total amount due with a minimum fee of $1.50 will be assessed and paid directly to the credit card processor (this is not refundable).  To pay by eCheck there is a flat fee of $1.50 paid directly to the check processor (this is not refundable). If you prefer to send a check for the fee, it can be made payable to South Brunswick Township and mailed to South Brunswick Township, Clerk’s Department - Licensing, PO Box 190, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Please note your application will NOT be processed until we receive the check or payment in the mail or at the counter in the Clerk’s Office.

ALL LICENSES EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 OF THE LICENSE YEAR. RENEWAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRATION OF THE LICENSE.

THE APPLICATION TAKES APPROXIMATELY 2-4 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING.
