Complete and Submit Your South Brunswick Township Fixed Vendor Permit Application Online

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
FOR A FIXED VENDOR LICENSE
Have the following items ready before starting
This license is in compliance with the South Brunswick Township Code DIVISION 26. - FIXED-LOCATION MOBILE VENDORS.

1. Must attach a letter of permission from the property, giving permission to vend on their property.
2. Must attach a copy of site plan of the location for vending.
3. Must attach a copy of Certificate to Collect Sales Tax.
4. Must attach a copy of applicant’s current photo. This photo should be clear and printable as if you were submitting a 2x2 passport style photo taken not more than 60 days prior to submission.
5. Fingerprinting is required every 2 years in South Brunswick Township. Download the fingerprint form and make your appointment prior to completing this form. The fingerprint schedule date is required.
6. The Fire Safety Department requires a separate application to be submitted for fire handling and truck inspection. Link to access the application: Fire Safety Application for Permit. You may contact them at 732-329-4000 ext. 7214 with any questions.
7. The Health Department requires a separate application to be submitted for food handing and truck inspection. Link to access the application: Mobile and Fix Mobile License Application. You may contact them at 732-329-4000 ext. 7237 with any questions.
8. Submit the application fee of $150.00 for a new application or $100.00 for a renewal. You can now pay by credit card or e-check. For credit cards a fee of 2.65% of the total amount due with a minimum fee of $1.50 will be assessed and paid directly to the credit card processor (this is not refundable). To pay by eCheck there is a flat fee of $1.50 paid directly to the check processor (this is not refundable). If you prefer to send a check for the fee, it can be made payable to South Brunswick Township and mailed to South Brunswick Township, Clerk’s Department - Licensing, PO Box 190, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852. Please note your application will NOT be processed until we receive the online payment, a check or payment in the mail or at the counter in the Clerk’s Office.

ALL LICENSES EXPIRE ON DECEMBER 31 OF THE LICENSE YEAR. RENEWAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRATION OF THE LICENSE.

THE APPLICATION TAKES APPROXIMATELY 4-6 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING.
